Kathy Banfield
State Operations Manager,
Conveyancer 25+ years
Kathy is the founder and key person behind KB Conveyancing and has a Diploma in Conveyancing & Financial Services. She has worked continuously in legal departments for over 25 years and strives to ensure her clients always leave feeling better having dealt with her.
Kathy's mobile is always on 24/7 and she encourages clients to call her on the weekends if they're at auctions or have queries on a Section 32 Vendor Statement or any general questions she can assist them with.
Kathy's philosophy is "to always leave the client feeling better for having dealt with KB Conveyancing".
Kathy is a well known Conveyancer and holds great respect amongst Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers.
Mark Passador
CEO
Mark is an experienced property and finance professional and is CEO of KB Conveyancing.
He is also a key member of KB’s associated partner; the financial, legal and advisory firm MCP Group, where he oversees finance broking for individuals & business, assisting SME’s with Business Advice along with introducing customers to its related services. He is a key person in building relationships with both existing and new distribution partners that include accountants, financial planners, property specialists and related professionals.
Mark is born and bred in Melbourne’s East and is a strong advocate for community causes.

Michael Poynter
Principal Lawyer
Mike is the Principal Lawyer at KB Conveyancing, and in addition is co-Founder and CEO of MCP Group & MCP Commercial Lawyers.
Mike has significant expertise in Property and Commercial Law, and is passionate about helping people achieve their legal and business goals.
Mike is a strong advocate for community causes, including sporting clubs such as Essendon Football Club, Prahran Junior Football Club, Old Scotch Football Club, and the Universal Peace Foundation.
Paul Evans
Insurance Consultant
Paul is an experienced general insurance consultant and is principal in charge of KB’s Insurance offering.
He is co-founder of MCP General Insurance that has a strong positioning with SME's, individuals and the accounting & adviser community.
Paul has extensive experience in a range of industries, including a specialisation with Real Estate Agents and Owners’ Corporation Insurance.
Lynn McNally
Purchase Conveyancer
With 30 years conveyancing plus experience, Lynn has worked in boutique legal practices throughout Melbourne spreading her wings to include probate, wills, power of attorney and all other relevant legal work undertaken as a “Law Clerk” during her career.
Lynn previously worked at KB Conveyancing when it initially opened 11 years ago with our Founder KB herself for a period of approximately 3 years.
Lynn wanted to work closer to home and took a position with a local lawyer who has recently retired. KB Conveyancing is richer for such retirement, as Lynn has returned to KB Conveyancing taking on a demanding and rewarding role as the “Purchase Conveyancer”.
Lynn is very diligent, professional, accountable and strives to achieve great results for her purchase clients. Lynn further provides her clients with a smooth A-Z process right through to settlement.

Elsa Qian (Yanfei)
Receptionist/Administrative Clerk
Elsa speaks fluent Mandarin and English and is currently studying to obtain her Diploma in Conveyancing. Elsa operates the front desk as receptionist and is extremely competent with an exceptional focus on customer service.
With a degree in Finance and Banking, Elsa's skills and knowledge are a great asset to the KB Conveyancing team.
